DM Clinical Research is Hiring a Marketing Project Specialist Near Cambridge, VT

Marketing Project Specialist DM Clinical Research is looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Project Specialist to help drive effective execution and delivery of our marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with all marketing functions to define, implement, and optimize our delivery processes, as well as oversee our workflow and project management tools and technology. A successful candidate for this role will have a passion for organizing work and streamlining the way things are done.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive project success with appropriate stakeholders for digital marketing, lead generation, and patient experience on clinical research studies
  • Planning, organizing and directing activities on clinical trial projects including but not limited to assessing requirements, establishing timelines for tasks and creating tools to manage the project.
  • Responsible for scheduling/attending project planning meetings (study start up, kick off and other relevant meetings)
  • Responsible to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to outline project level tasks and ensure a effective project plan is in place clearly outlined deliverables for each team
  • Serve as a primary contact for the marketing department for study specific projects
  • Proactively manage project level tasks and ensure effective project plans are in place
  • Create data tracking tools and track project specific data daily, present data to management and leadership in the project specific huddles
  • Responsible for project launch activities, coordination with stakeholders and overall project success for the team
  • Work with teams to ensure we meet our patient engagement goals annually
  • Work on creating custom patient engagement plans and retention strategies for patients
  • Defines, standardizes, and communicates best practices that showcase the value of PE, including examples of industry-wide cases and trends.
  • Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurable outcomes for PE by utilizing dashboards and presenting data to leadership
  • Assists with all other projects and tasks for Patient Enrollment, Patient Retention and Patient Experience
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEEducation:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, business administration, healthcare or a relevant field.
  • Masters in Business Administration/Healthcare Management preferred
  • Project Management Certification preferred
Experience:
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Clinical Research preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Computer proficiency, especially in Google Suites
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organization and project management skills
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the marketing team
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to act as a change agent for driving process improvement across Marketing
  • Ability to work with data and conduct analysis to derive insights and create recommendations that drive optimization of our processes and operations
  • Ability to work both effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
